Scenario Role Event Rule

NOTE: The fields that display on this page depend on the type of Event selected on the Scenario Role Event page.

NOTE: Only Power Users and Power Designers can update this page.

Field	Description
PRIORITY	Displays priority in which the rule is run when the event occurs, if there is more than one rule registered for the event.
DATA SOURCE ID	Displays data source in which the rule is stored.
RULE	Displays the name of the rule that is executed when the event occurs. The rule is a stored procedure in the data source. NOTE: When adding a custom business rule, the Designer selects the rule from a list of stored procedures from the selected data source. These stored procedures can only accept the inputs RequestID and RoleID.
DESCRIPTION	Displays a description of the rule.
ACTIVE	If checked, the custom business rule is active and runs when the event does. If unchecked, the rule does not run.
RUN ON REJECT	If checked, if the Review role rejects the request, this custom business rule runs. If unchecked, if the Review role rejects the request, the rule is not run. NOTE: This field only displays for a Scenario Role Event Type of Reset.
CONDITIONAL FINISH	If checked, if a role is set to a status of Finished because a Conditional Dependency is not met, this custom rule still runs on the request. If unchecked, if a role is set to a status of Finished because a Conditional Dependency is not met, the rule is not run. NOTE: This field only displays for a Scenario Role Event Type of Finish.
RULE FROM	Displays the role level at which the rule applies. Role event rules apply to all scenarios. Scenario Role Events Rules are specific to that Scenario.
