Knowledge Tier Tenant

Use this page to Enable Sngle Sign On.

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Configuration > Parameters in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click the Security Settings tab.

  3. Click the SKT Tenant icon.

Field

Description

Single Sign On Settings 

Client ID

Displays the client ID, obtained from Syniti Support, used with Single Sign On.

Client Secret

Displays asterisks representing the secret, obtained from Syniti Support, used with Single Sign On.

Proxy Settings

Proxy Url

Displays the URL for the proxy server, if a proxy server is used to connect to the API.

Proxy User Name

Displays the user name to connect to the proxy server, if a proxy server is used to connect to the API.

Proxy Password

Displays the password that corresponds to the proxy user name to connect to the proxy server, if a proxy server is used to connect to the API.

Advanced Settings

Api Timeout Seconds

Displays the number of seconds the API query runs until it times out. The default is 30 seconds.

Api Url

Displays the address of the Syniti Knowledge Platform API. 

Login Page Url

Displays the login address of the Syniti Knowledge Platform.
