Security Definition Event Rules

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > Security Management > Security Definitions in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Events icon.
  3. Click the Rules icon for an event.

Field

Description

PRIORITY

Displays the order the rules run when the event occurs, if multiple rules are registered to the event.

DATA SOURCE ID

Displays the data source that stores the rule. 

BUSINESS RULE

Displays the name of a stored procedure in the data source that runs when the selected security-related event occurs.

ACTIVE

If checked, the rule is active and runs when the event occurs. If unchecked, the rule does not run. 

COMMENT

Displays a user-entered comment about the rule.
