User Roles Staging

Use this page to stage user roles.

To access this page in System Admin:

  1. Select Security > Users in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click the User Roles Staging icon on the Page toolbar.

NOTE: Excel Integration has been enabled on this page. Refer to Use Excel Integration for more information.

Description

Validate All

Click to:

  • Validate that the process type is aligned with the role assignment.
  • Process user role assignments that require no action (for example, a record in the staging table of an Add process type where the user is already assigned to a role).

Remove All

Click to remove all records from the staging table.

Remove Processed

Click to remove records that have been marked as processed.

Assign To Role

Click to add a user role assignment to the staging table.

Unassign To Role

Click to remove a user role assignment to the staging table.

USER ID

Displays the user ID for the selected user role.

ROLE ID

Displays the role ID for the selected user role.

PROCESS TYPE

Displays one of the following process types:

  • Add—assigns user to selected security role.
  • Remove—removes user from selected security role.

PROCESSED

Displays the date the user role is processed, which either adds or removes user role assignments stored in the staging table.

ADDED ON

Displays the date the user role assignment is added to the staging table.

ADDED BY

Displays the user ID of the user who added the user role assignment to the staging table.
