Category Request Status

Use this page to Set the Days Active for a Request Status.

To access this page:

  1. Select Master Data Management> Design in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Vertical View for a category.
  3. Click the Request Status Params icon.

Field

Description

REQUEST STATUS ID

Displays the ID of the REQUEST STATUS. This field is auto-populated. This value will be stored in Request tables.

REQUEST STATUS

Displays the name of the request status.

DAYS ACTIVE

Displays the number of days a request with the specific Request Status would remain within the request page until being archived.

IMAGE

Displays the image assigned to the request status..
