Copy Scenario Role Task Column H

This page can be accessed from multiple levels: scenario, scenario role, and scenario role task.

To access this page at the scenario level:

1. Select Master Data Management > Design > Category in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Scenarios icon.
3. Click the Vertical View for a Scenario Role Task.
4. Click the Copy Options tab.
5. Click Edit.
6. Click the Copy Column Properties icon.

To access this page at the scenario role level:

1. Select Master Data Management > Design > Category in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Scenarios icon.
3. Click the Roles icon.
4. Click the Vertical View for a Scenario Role Task.
5. Click the Copy Column Properties icon.

To access this page at the scenario role task level:

1. Select Master Data Management > Design > Category in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Scenarios icon.
3. Click the Roles icon.
4. Click the Tasks icon on the Scenario (Roles) page.
5. Click the Vertical View for a Scenario Role Task.
6. Click the Copy Column Properties icon.

Field	Description
Procedures Completed	Click to validate that this procedure has completed without any issues.
Preview Changes	Click to view the Copy Scenario Role Task Column - Preview page that allows users to see what field entries will change, added or deleted. Only available after source and target fields are saved with values.
Copy	Click to Copy SRTC properties from Source to Target based upon the Source and Target values. NOTE: This icon is only available after source and target fields are saved with values.
Source Scenario	Displays source scenario.
Source Role	Displays the source role at the scenario level. Displays the defaulted value at all other levels.
Source Task	Displays the source task at the scenario and scenario role levels. Displays the defaulted value at all other levels. NOTE: Selecting 'All Tasks' copies all source tasks into the selected target.
Source Page	Displays the source page.
Source Column	Displays the source column.
Skip Inactive Tasks	If checked, the system skips copying data from inactive tasks and to inactive tasks. If not checked, the system includes the inactive tasks in the copy feature. If the Source Task is marked inactive and the Skip Inactive Tasks parameter is not checked, an error message appears for the Source Task being inactive. If the Target Task is marked inactive and the Skip Inactive Tasks parameter is not checked, a warning message appears for the Target Task being marked inactive.
Target Scenario	Displays the target scenario. NOTE: Selecting ‘All Scenarios’ copies the source to all target scenarios.
Target Role	Displays the target role. NOTE: Selecting ‘All Roles’ copies the source to all target roles.
Target Task	Displays the target task at the scenario and scenario role levels. Displays the defaulted value at all other levels.
Target Page	Displays target page. NOTE: The field copies from the source page value.
Target Column	Displays target column. NOTE: The field copies from the source column value.
