Assign WebApp Groups to Security Role

Once the role is created, assign WebApp groups to the role. WebApp groups represent the WebApp groups defined for each WebApp to which users assigned to the role will have access.

NOTE: This step is part of the process for setting up security for Stewardship Tier Refer to Set Security for more information.

To assign WebApp groups to a security role:

  1. From the Security Roles page, click WEBAPP GROUPS for NAME.
  2. Click Add.

  3. Select a Stewardship Tier component from WEB APP ID list box.
  4. Select a WebApp group from GROUP ID list box.

    NOTE: Refer to WebApp Groups for details about each group delivered with each component.

  5. Click Save.
