Use this page to:
- Select Request in the Navigation pane.
- Click the View Statistics icon for a Request.
- Click the Record Count icon.

Description |

Process Record |
Click to send the selected address(es) that have not already been processed to Melissa. Once processed, responses are returned from Melissa. |

Mark Ready |
Click once the address is ready to be processed. Refer to Mark Addresses as “Ready” for more information. |
|
Mark Not Ready |
If an address has been marked ready to be processed, but changes need to be made, click the Mark Not Ready icon. |
|
Reset |
Click to clear the fields while in edit mode. This feature is useful if a user entered the wrong data into the wrong fields and needs to start over. |

Ready To Send |
If checked, the address is complete and ready to be sent to Melissa for verification (i.e., the Mark Ready icon has been clicked). If unchecked, the address is not ready to be sent to Melissa for verification (i.e., the Mark Ready icon has not been clicked). Refer to Mark Addresses as “Ready” for more information. |

Approved Response |
If checked, the address has been verified and approved (i.e., the Approve Response icon has been clicked on the Melissa Address Response page) , which means it can no longer be edited and is not sent to Melissa for verification if the address or request is processed. If unchecked, the address has not been approved; it can still be edited and sent to Melissa for verification. |

Melissa Response |
Click to open the Melissa Address Response page to view suggestions returned from Melissa and specific response codes. Refer to Review Responses from Melissa for more information. |

Response Status |
Displays the visual indicator for the most severe response code returned from Melissa, as defined on the Response Code page. |
