Click to archive all requests that are eligible to be archived. The Request Status Interval is used to determine eligibility.
Requests are archived according to retention intervals based on . If a user clicks Archive Requests and the retention interval has not passed for the request’s status the request will not be archived.
Retention Intervals can be set at the global level or template level. Set the retention interval globally on theRequest Statuspage
(Configuration > Request Status) in the DefaultRetention Interval field.

(Request Retention)page
(Team > Templates > Vertical View > Configuration tab
> Retention Parameters).
