Note: The Element Documentation page is used for Business Processes, Scenarios, Roles, Tasks, Scenario Roles and Scenario Role Tasks. Refer to the topics above for navigation information.
To access this page:
- Select Master Data Management> Design in the Navigation pane.
- Click the Roles, Tasks, Scenarios or Business Processes icon for the category NAME.
- Click Vertical View for a record.
- Click the Documentation icon

Replace File |
Click to open the Replace Documentation page to replace the current file with an updated version of the file or with a completely different file. |

ELEMENT |
Displays the type of the Element (ex. BusinessProcess, Scenario, Role, Task, ScenarioRole, ScenarioRoleTask) |

ELEMENT NAME |
Displays a combination of the Element’s name. For example, if Element is BusinessProcess and BusinessProcess Name is “Change Credit Data”, Element Name is “Change Credit Data”. If Element is ScenarioRole, and Scenario Name is “Change Credit Data” and Role Name is “Contact”, then Element Name is “Change Credit Data/Contact”. |

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION |
Displays short description of the document. |

UPLOAD FILE |
Click to open a navigation window to choose a File name to start the upload process. |

DOWNLOAD FILE |
Click to download the file in the FILE NAME field. |

FILE NAME |
Displays the name of the file that was uploaded. |
