To access this page:

  1. Select Master Data Management >Security in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Roles icon for a position.
  3. Click the Org Unit 2 icon.

Description

Set As Read Only

Click to set the org unit value for the role to read-only. A user assigned to the position can view the org unit data in the Content WebApp but cannot edit or take action on the data.

Set As Editable

Click to set all of the org unit values for the role to editable. A user assigned to the position can edit the org unit data in the Content WebApp.

POSITION ROLE ORG UNIT

Displays the org unit value for the position and role.

READ ONLY

If enabled indicates that the org unit value for the role is read-only. A user assigned to the position can view the org unit data in the Content WebApp but cannot edit or take action on the data.

If disabled indicates the org unit value for the role is editable. A user assigned to the position can edit the org unit data in the Content WebApp.
