Field

Description

Lock Mapping

Click to lock the mapping. Lock mapping after the remediation changes have been confirmed and are ready to move to Production.

Unlock Mapping

Click to unlock the mapping. Unlock mapping when changes need to be made to the remediation changes before they are moved to Production.

Set To Not For Remediation

Click to acknowledge that the failed data quality report does not need remediation.

Set to Informational

Click to acknowledge the report is used indirectly for a remediation process and not directly mapped to an MDM Remediation.

API STATUS

Indicates whether the report exists in the Syniti Knowledge Platform or has been removed. If it has been removed, a warning symbol displays.

IMPLEMENTATION ID

Click to open a new tab that displays the implementation in the Syniti Knowledge Platform.

ENFORCEMENT STATUS

Displays the status of the enforcement, which helps track the progress of the asset.

RULE STATEMENT

Displays the rule statement as it exists in the Syniti Knowledge Platform. The statement outlines what must happen in order for the rule to be achieved.

ENFORCEMENT PRIORITY

Displays the priority of the enforcement, which defines the business priority of enforcing the asset for the selected purpose and system.

REPORT DATE

Displays the date and time when the data quality report was last executed in the Syniti Knowledge Platform.

ERROR COUNT

Displays the number of errors found in the report.

DATA QUALITY SCORE

Displays the data quality score for the rule, which is based on the failed data. Refer to Data Quality Score Calculation for more information.

MAPPING STATUS

Displays the data quality report mapping status. Options are:

  • Unmapped—Set to this status automatically when workflow notification has sent a summary to Power Users to inform of a new report (based on Exists in SST status).
  • Mapped—Set to this status manually by locking the mapping. This should be done when the data quality report has an SST Remediation process available.

  • Exists in SKP—Set to this status automatically when the data quality report exists in the Syniti Knowledge Platform, but has not been executed in Syniti Knowledge Platform with Save Error Report turned on.

  • Informational—Set to this status automatically when the report is used indirectly for a Remediation process.

  • Not for Remediation—Set to this status manually when the data quality report does not require an SST Remediation process.

  • Exists in SST—Set to this status automatically when data quality report exists in the Syniti Knowledge Platform AND the associated failed table (based upon rule, enforcement and implementation asset ID, e.g. RU00123_EN00012_QJ0002) has been created in the failed data database.

ACTIVE REQUEST

If checked, MDM has an active request related to this Implementation ID. An "Active Request" is a request with a current status like In Progress or Posting Started where role users still have work to do for the MDM request.

If not checked, MDM does not have an active request related to this Implementation ID.

Report Data

Click to view the failed data associated with the report.

Map

Click to map columns of the failed data that is related to a data quality report to an MDM task. Refer to Map Data Quality Report to an MDM Task for more information.

Create Request

Click to create a request in MDM to correct the failed data.

This icon is only enabled after mapping is completed.

Description

Quality Job Description

Displays the description of the implementation. This is the same field as Report Name on the Horizontal View.

Rule Asset ID

Click to open a new tab that displays the rule in the Syniti Knowledge Platform.

Enforcement Name

Displays the enforcement name as it exists in the Syniti Knowledge Platform.

Enforcement Asset ID

Click to open a new tab that displays the enforcement in the Syniti Knowledge Platform.
