Compare Security Roles

Administrators can compare security roles to determine the groups and pages to which certain security roles have access.

To compare security roles in System Admin:

  1. Select Security > Security Management > Security Roles in the Navigation pane.
  2. Select a role to compare, and click the Compare Role icon in the Page toolbar.
  3. On the Security Role Compare page, click Edit.
  4. Select a role from the Compare Role list box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Compare Groups icon to view a comparison between the security roles’ WebApp groups.
  7. Click the Compare Pages icon to view a comparison between pages that the security roles’s users can access.
