Roles (Execute)
To access this page,
select Mass Maintenance
> Troubleshooting
> Roles (Execute) in the Navigation pane.

Description

REQUEST ID
|
Displays the unique identifier of the request.
|
|
ROLE ID
|
Displays the role for the request.
|
|
STATUS
|
Displays current status for the request-role. Values are:
- Queued - The inbound file has been receive but has not yet been processed.
- Email Sent - A user has clicked the Process External Role option and an email has been sent as a result

Process External Role
|
Click to create and email an Excel spreadsheet for requests with External Roles.
|
|
Process Inbound File
|
Click to process the inbound file sent from the External Role to Mass Maintenance to import the data associated with the request.
