User List - Receive Work List Escalations

To access this page:

Select Track > Configuration > Work Flow > Escalation Process in the Navigation pane.
Click Users - Escalations Received for a process.

Field	Description
PRIORITY	Displays a number to determine the order the managers display on the Late Task Escalation page.
NAME	Displays the name of the manager who will receive escalation emails. NOTE: The manager does not have to be registered in the platform.
EMAIL ADDRESS	Displays the email address of the manager who will receive the escalation emails.
