Workflow Log

Use this page to View Work Flow Messages Sent.

To access this page, select Track > Configuration > Work Flow > Work Flow Log.

Description

Acknowledge Work Flows

Click to clear all records from the WorkFlow log.

This action cannot be undone.

SUBJECT

Displays the subject of the workflow email that was sent. dspTrack™ includes a standard set of subject text that cannot be updated.

BODY

Displays the body of the workflow email that was sent. dspTrack™ includes a standard set of body text that cannot be updated.

TO

Displays the email address of the recipient of the workflow email.

FROM

Displays the text Admin@NoReply.com, indicating that the recipient of the email cannot respond to the workflow email.

CC

This field is not currently used.

BCC

This field is not currently used.

MESSAGE TYPE ID

Displays the type of message the user is set to receive. A user can receive work flow notifications as email only, messages (i.e., notifications from within the platform) or both. Message types are configured for users on the Work Flow User Preference page. Refer to Set User WorkFlow Receipt Preferences for more information.

WORK FLOW SENT ON

Displays the date the email was sent or the notification displayed in the platform.
