Template (Request Retention)

Use this page to Configure Retention Parameters.

To access this page:

  1. Click Mass Maintenance > Team in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Templates for a team.
  3. Click Vertical View for a template.
  4. Click Configuration tab.
  5. Click Retention Params.

REQUEST STATUS

Displays request status for requests that use this template.

RETENTION INTERVAL

Displays number of days a request with the status is retained before it is archived.
