Description

Click to align the Structure Data and the Structure Object configuration assigned to Packages and Package Groups with what is configured on the Structures - Data and Structures - Objects pages. It is recommended that this process is run after changes have been made to Structure Data records that are currently assigned to Package Groups.

Click to align all Structure - Data tables and sub tables with existing application metadata, which rebuilds any views associated with Simple Selection columns. It is recommended that this is executed after an upgrade, for example, to update any custom Structure - Data Tables or sub tables with newly added columns.

Displays the specific Structure - Data that requires validation. If an item is selected, click the Revalidate Specific Structure icon.

Click to validate the Structure - Data listed in the Structure Validation ID field.

Click to update the Destination ID field on the Packages page for all packages to the data source set as the default on the Servers page.

Displays the template that is used in the procedure behind the Crawl All Transform Objects process. This field allows users to select a custom template to be used when the Crawl All Transform Objects button is clicked.

Click to create a package group for every active Wave / Process Area / Object where an active Wave / Process Area / Object is determined based on waves whose

• Wave end date is NULL/blank or in the future

AND

• Wave / Process Area Active check box is checked

AND

• Wave / Process Area / Object Active check box is checked

The new package groups are named using the following convention: [Wave] - [Process Area] - [Object].

Additionally, for the packages:

• The Structure Data Focus_Simple Value on the Packages page's Vertical View is populated with the Wave / Process Area / Object

• The Structure Object Where Clause on the Packages page's Vertical View is populated with the Wave / Process Area / Object, i.e.., #Wave-ProcessArea-Object#
