Copy User

Use this page to Create a User Account Based on Another User’s Security Settings.

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > Users in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click the Create User From icon.

Create

Click to create a user based on the data entered and the permissions set.

User ID

Displays ID associated with user used to log in to the Stewardship Tier.

Name

Displays name of user associated with the User ID.

Password

Displays encrypted password used with the User ID to log in to the Stewardship Tier.

Windows Username

Displays the login name used for Microsoft Windows to log in to the Stewardship Tier. This field is used if Integrated authentication is enabled to validate against the Windows domain.

Email Address

Displays the email address associated with the user account.

Permissions

Click to open the Copy WebAppUser page to display the permissions assigned to the user for WebApps and WebApp groups, and to update permission settings.

Copy Security Roles

If enabled, the security roles of the user are copied to the new user.
