Security: Users Summary

Use this page to view a list of the number of successful logins for all users currently logged in to the Stewardship Tier site.

To access this page, select Admin > Security in the Navigation pane.

Field	Description
USER ID	Displays the ID associated with user used to log in to the Stewardship Tier site.
NAME	Displays the name of user associated with the User ID.
ONLINE	If checked, the user is currently logged in to the site. If unchecked, the user is currently logged out of the site.
LOCKED	If checked, the user is currently locked out of the site. If unchecked, the user is not currently locked out of the site. Users locked out are unable to access the Stewardship Tier site until an Administrator unlocks the account. A user account becomes locked after: Ten unsuccessful login attempts. Ten days without logging in, if the Disable Inactive User Period check box is unchecked on the Parameters page. Refer to Unlock User Accounts for more information.
E MAIL ADDRESS	Displays the user’s email address. This email address is used for all workflow notifications.
LAST LOGIN ATTEMPT	Displays the date when the user last attempted to log in to the system.
FAILED LOGIN ATTEMPTS	Displays the number of unsuccessful logins. After the maximum number allowed by default is passed, the user account is locked.
PASSWORD LAST CHANGED	Displays the date the user’s password was last changed.
