Users (Locked)

Use this page to Unlock User Accounts.

To access this page, select Security > Users (Locked) in the Navigation pane.

Description

Unlock

Click to unlock the selected user account, allowing the user to log in.

USER ID

Displays the user ID of the locked user.

NAME

Displays the name of the locked user.

FAILED LOGIN ATTEMPTS

Displays the number of unsuccessful logins. After the maximum number allowed by default is passed, the user account is locked.

LAST LOGIN ATTEMPT

Displays the date and time of the last login attempt.

LAST SUCCESSFUL LOGIN

Displays the date and time of the last successful login.

ACCOUNT INACTIVE

If checked, the account is inactive and the user cannot log in.
