Activate Columns

To access this page:

  1. Click Information Steward Accelerator > Project Summary in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Distributions for a project.
  3. Click Rules for a distribution.
  4. Click Bindings for a rule.
  5. Click Field Activation.

Description

Activate Columns

Click to activate the selected column(s) so that values in the column display for the rule binding.

Deactivate Columns

Click to deactivate the selected column(s) so that values in the column do not display for the rule binding.

PRIORITY

Displays the order the column will be included in the Excel file generated as a report and attached to workflow emails.

COLUMN

Displays the column name.

IS PRIORITY

Displays the column priority in the failed data table from Information Steward.

ACTIVE

If enabled, the column is active and is used when filtering data for reports for the rule.

All columns are active by default.
