Description

Click to manually sync all projects. The Sync All Projects Service Page runs every six hours, so it is unnecessary to click this button unless syncing recent changes.

Click to:

• Run all rules and rule bindings with unprocessed run IDs for all project distributions in the selected project
• Send workflows to all users in the project according to user settings on the Parameters page

Displays the name of the project added in Information Steward and loaded into ISA.

Click to open the Project Distributions page to add a Distribution Owner, access pages to add rules and view rules bindings, add users to the project dimension, and view rules sorted by quality dimension and project.

Click to open the Workflow Template page to add, edit or delete the templates used in workflows in the project.

Click to open the Rule Binding List page to view all rule bindings for a project and to update descriptions for rule bindings.

Displays the date and time of the last sync, either from clicking the Sync All button or through the scheduled running of the Sync All Projects Service Page.

Description

Basic

Displays the name of the project added in Information Steward and loaded into ISA.

Displays the value from SAP Data Services that corresponds to the Project in the Stewardship Tier.

Displays the number of days that metric data, which displays on the ISA dashboard is retained. This value cannot exceed 10.

Displays a link to the project’s associated scorecard in Information Steward. This link displays in workflow emails sent to users who belong to the Project Distribution.

Workflow

If enabled, the workflow template for the project is set at the parameter level.
