Enabled Columns by Application Role

To access this page:

  1. Select Master Data Management > Requests in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Roles icon for a request.
  3. Click the Tasks icon for a Review role.
  4. Click the Column Search icon for a task.

Field

Description

ROLE ID

Displays the role name of the role that can access the column in the COLUMN field.

VARIANT

Displays a variant that can be used by the column.

The default variant (*) displays for all columns.

COLUMN PAGE ID

Displays the name of the page corresponding to the task that contains the column.

COLUMN

Displays the column name in the table (e.g., KUNNR).

COLUMN DISPLAY NAME

Displays the column name description (e.g., Customer).

REQUIRED

If enabled, the column is required for the task.
