To access this page, select Master Data Management > Security > Mailboxes in the Navigation pane.

NOTE: You must belong to the PowerUser, PowerDesigner, or UserManager MDM WebApp group to access this page.

Field	Description
EMAIL ADDRESS	Displays the email address used by the mailbox.
NAME	Displays a short, friendly name for the mailbox that displays in the workflow messages.
Positions	Displays the number of positions assigned to each email address.  Only request roles with access to the positions selected on the Mailbox Position page can receive and view emails sent to this mailbox.

Field	Description
EMAIL ADDRESS	Displays the email address used by the mailbox.
NAME	Displays a short, friendly name for the mailbox that displays in the workflow messages.
Purpose	Displays a more detailed description of the mailbox than the Name. For example, a mailbox Name of NA MM could have a Purpose of North America Material Management Triage Team.
