Mailbox Position

To access this page:

1. Select Security > Mailboxes in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Positions icon.

NOTE: You must belong to the PowerUser, PowerDesigner, or UserManager MDM WebApp group to access this page.

Field	Description
Include	Click to include the selected position in the mailbox selected on the Mailbox page. Request roles that can access this position can receive and access emails sent to this mailbox.
Remove	Click to remove the selected position from the mailbox selected on the Mailbox page.
POSITION ID	Displays the position that can be added to and removed from the mailbox.
INCLUDED	If checked, the position is included in the mailbox selected on the Mailbox page.
