Request Role Log

To access this page:

  1. Click Master Data Management > Requests in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Roles icon for a request.
  3. Click the Role Log icon for a role.

Field

Description

LOG ID

Displays a unique ID of the log record.

ADDED BY

Displays the ID of the user who performed the task that added the log record.

ADDED ON

Displays the date that the log record was first written. Log records are written when the request is created, when the request is submitted, and when the role is finished.

STARTED BY

Displays the ID of the user who performed the task that marked the log record as started.

STARTED ON

Displays the date when the first Task button is selected for a role.

NOTE: If the role is finished, then reset, then finished again, there are multiple log records related to starting.

FINISHED BY

Displays the ID of the user who performed the Finish action.

FINISHED ON

Displays the date the role was finished.

NOTE: If the role is finished, then reset, then finished again, there are multiple log records related to Finishing.

FINISHED

If enabled, the role is finished.

NOTE: If the role is finished, then reset, then finished again, there are multiple log records related to Finishing.

RESET

If enabled, the role had been reset at some point.

REJECTED

If enabled, the task was rejected at some point.

CONDITION NOT MET

If enabled, if a condition was applied to the request role combination, the condition was not met. Dependent scenarios and roles were not processed and workflow notification messages, if applicable, were not sent.

If disabled, the request role combination met the condition or did not have a condition applied.
